With the freshly acquired Retirement Benefits Manager license, SIB emerges as a powerhouse in the realm of pension management, showcasing a commitment to diversifying services and solidifying its role as the go-to partner for wealth management in Kenya. This license empowers SIB to craft tailored investment strategies and holistic retirement planning solutions, echoing their dedication to meeting the evolving needs of their clients.

SIB's journey toward becoming a formidable force in pension management began with the issuance of their Money Manager license in 2018, giving rise to the Mansa-X Fund. This was followed by the investment manager license in 2003, both bestowed upon them by the Capital Markets Authority. Now, with the Retirement Benefits Manager license in hand, SIB is ready to revolutionize pension management with a modern approach, promising competitive returns aligned with the diverse financial aspirations of its clients.

James Wangunyu, the visionary Founder and Managing Director of SIB, expressed his thrill at obtaining the coveted license, emphasizing the institution's commitment to providing comprehensive financial solutions. "We are now in a better position to diversify our services and meet the evolving needs of our clients, especially in the crucial area of retirement planning," Wangunyu declared.

Acknowledging SIB's entry into the retirement benefits space, RBA CEO Mr. Charles Machira commended the institution, noting the growth it symbolizes for the entire industry. He expressed confidence that SIB's foray into this domain would provide pensioners with diverse and competitive investment options, fostering a dynamic retirement savings environment.

Beyond regulatory recognition, the Retirement Benefits Manager License serves as a testament to SIB's unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity. Clients can trust that their pension funds are in capable hands, managed with the utmost care, and guided by SIB's sterling track record. As SIB continues to navigate the financial landscape, this latest achievement reinforces its standing as a beacon of reliability and innovation in wealth management.
