El Fasher, Sudan – April 11, 2025.

For the sixth consecutive day, the Sudan Founding Coalition Forces have continued the evacuation of civilians from the conflict-affected city of El Fasher and nearby camps. On Friday, the coalition successfully received and secured the evacuation of 2,100 families.

The coalition reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safe and voluntary exit of civilians from El Fasher and its surrounding camps. It also pledged to maintain and open humanitarian corridors to facilitate the movement of displaced families to safer areas.

The operation comes amid ongoing instability in the region, as humanitarian concerns grow over the safety and welfare of displaced civilians caught in the crossfire of escalating violence.

The Sudan Founding Coalition has called on all parties to respect humanitarian principles and allow unimpeded access to those seeking safety and assistance.
