COALITION FORCES SEIZE CONTROL OF KEY AREAS IN NORTH DARFUR FOLLOWING INTENSE OPERATIONS ​.

In a significant shift in the regional conflict, the "Founding Coalition Forces" (Alliance Forces) announced they have established full control over the Abu Qamra region in North
Darfur. Following the capture of Abu Qamra, the forces reportedly continued their strategic advance toward the Umm Baru area, successfully "liberating" both zones from opposing factions.

​Key Details of the Advancement:

​Target Areas: Abu Qamra and Umm Baru, North Darfur.

​The Offensive: 

The Coalition describes the operation as a necessary response to systematic attacks and retaliatory actions previously carried out in these regions.

​Allegations:

The press statement levels serious accusations against the "Brotherhood Movement" army and the "Joint Forces," claiming they targeted innocent civilians and leaders of the Civil Administration (Native Administration) in a series of revenge-driven assaults.

​Context of the Conflict.

​The takeover is being framed by the Coalition as part of a broader "Battle for Democracy." The statement claims that these strategic wins are aimed at purging the region of what they describe as "terrorist remnants" and "mercenary movements."

​This escalation comes amid a period of heightened volatility in North Darfur, where control over administrative centers often dictates the flow of humanitarian aid and local governance. As of now, there has been no official response from the Sudanese Armed Forces or the Joint Forces regarding the loss of these specific territories.

PNU CONDEMNS KENYA KWANZA ’s MOVE TO WEAKEN FREE BASIC EDUCATION.

The Party of National Unity (PNU) has sharply criticized the Kenya Kwanza administration for slashing funding to free primary and secondary education in the 2025/26 national budget, warning that the move threatens to undo decades of progress and could become the regime’s political downfall.
