FOUNDING ALLIANCE FORCES CAPTURE MAJAQA IN BLUE NILE, ADVANCE TOWARD AD-DAMAZIN MARCH 26, 2026.

Forces aligned with the Founding Alliance have announced the capture of the strategic area of Majaqa in Sudan’s Blue Nile region, marking a significant development in ongoing military operations in the area.
According to a press release, the forces reported that the operation to secure Majaqa was successful, describing it as part of a broader campaign aimed at expanding territorial control and weakening opposing forces. The statement indicated that the advance was achieved following coordinated engagements, though it did not provide detailed information on casualties or the extent of resistance encountered.

The alliance further noted that its troops are continuing to push forward and are now advancing toward Ad-Damazin, the capital of Blue Nile State. The move suggests a potential escalation in fighting as control of key urban centers remains a critical objective for both sides in the conflict.

The development comes amid ongoing clashes in the region, which has seen heightened tensions and repeated confrontations in recent weeks. The Founding Alliance framed the latest gains as part of what it described as a broader “battle for democracy,” emphasizing its commitment to continue operations.

PNU CONDEMNS KENYA KWANZA ’s MOVE TO WEAKEN FREE BASIC EDUCATION.

The Party of National Unity (PNU) has sharply criticized the Kenya Kwanza administration for slashing funding to free primary and secondary education in the 2025/26 national budget, warning that the move threatens to undo decades of progress and could become the regime’s political downfall.
